1. Introduction
PT FINAL IMPIAN NIAGA. ("GOCPAY") is a company that provides an online payment services platform through the website www.goc-pay.com ("Platform") aimed at facilitating transactions for game users ("Users") for products from various games with various payment channels provided by GOCPAY ("Services").
2. Basis for Processing Personal Data
GOCPAY collects and uses Personal Data with the User's Consent so that Users can access and enjoy the Services on the GOCPAY Platform. GOCPAY complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, including but not limited to rules on information and electronic transactions, the operation of electronic systems, and the protection of Users' Personal Data.
3. Scope
3.1. GOCPAY only collects and processes Personal Data from Users limited to the needs of the Services provided by GOCPAY for Users on the GOCPAY Platform. This Privacy Policy sets forth the privacy terms regarding the collection, use, storage, utilization, transmission, disclosure, processing, handling, and deletion of Users' Personal Data when GOCPAY provides the Services ("Privacy Policy").
3.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform Users about the processing of Users' Personal Data conducted by GOCPAY on the GOCPAY Platform based on the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
3.3. This policy is an inseparable part of and one unit with the Terms and Conditions as well as forms of agreements that constitute a binding agreement between Users and GOCPAY. Users consciously and voluntarily agree to these terms to use the Services on the GOCPAY Platform.

GOCPAY reserves the right from time to time to change this Privacy Policy without prior notice to Users to remain relevant to the applicable laws and the needs of Users for the Services on the GOCPAY Platform. By using the Services, Users are deemed to have read, understood, and given explicit consent to this Policy along with all its changes.
4. Collection of Personal Data
4.1. When Users access, register, and/or use the services, GOCPAY is entitled to request information and data about Users, including:
a. Name;
b. Username;
c. Gender;
d. Email;
e. Date of Birth;
f. Online game account identifiers; and
g. Transaction, financial, and/or banking information
(hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data")
4.2. Users consent to GOCPAY collecting, using, storing, utilizing, transmitting, disclosing, processing, handling, and deleting Personal Data provided by Users on the platform for purposes as stated in this privacy policy ("User's Consent").
4.3. By providing the aforementioned Personal Data, Users waive the right to claim losses, demands, and/or lawsuits that may arise from the collection, use, storage, utilization, transmission, disclosure, processing, handling, and/or deletion of Personal Data within GOCPAY's system or platform.
4.4. Users confirm that all information and data provided to GOCPAY is true, accurate, precise, complete, current, and that they have authority over the information and data.
4.5. Users will not make legal claims, seek damages, and/or file lawsuits against GOCPAY regarding the failure to process transactions on the platform due to incorrect/incomplete Personal Data provided by Users to GOCPAY.
5. Use, Processing, Storage, and Disclosure of Personal Data**
5.1. GOCPAY will collect, use, store, utilize, transmit, disclose, process, handle, and delete Users' Personal Data for the following purposes:
a. Processing transactions, managing payments, and Services;
b. Enhancing the quality of the User's experience on the Platform;
c. Contacting Users for reasons related to Services, activities, and/or online content registered by Users;
d. Advertising, promotion, and personalization;
e. Fraud and money laundering prevention, and credit risk mitigation;
f. Using IP addresses and device identifiers to identify User locations, block disruptive usage, determine the number of visits from various countries, and determine from which country Users are accessing the Services;
g. Other purposes as required and/or permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
5.2. GOCPAY reserves the right to store Users' personal data and information to meet the Service's purposes, the purposes of this Privacy Policy, and the purposes of applicable laws and regulations, including processing, transferring, and/or storing Users' data and information, whether within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia or outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, by observing regulations, including the laws and privacy policies in the country where Users' data and information are processed, transferred, and/or stored.
5.3. GOCPAY may disclose Personal Data to other parties as permitted or required by applicable laws, such as government authorities or regulators and/or other parties for the following purposes:
a. Development, enhancement, improvement, protection, and maintenance of products and/or Platform Services;
b. If GOCPAY believes that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests; (ii) assist in any investigation or process; and (iii) protect the safety or integrity of the Services/Users and/or any public from harm or illegal activities.
6. User Rights
6.1. Users have the right to request the deletion of their Personal Data or withdraw their consent for its processing by submitting a written request through a letter to the official address of GOCPAY.
6.2. Users have the right to access, update, or change Personal Data that they have provided to GOCPAY at any time.
7. Deletion of Personal Data
7.1. Users' Personal Data will be stored as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and/or as required by applicable laws. GOCPAY will delete Users' Personal Data immediately when storage is no longer needed, not permitted to be stored, or required to be deleted by applicable laws.
7.2. Users may withdraw their Consent related to the use of their Personal Data, including stopping the use of, accessing the Services, and/or closing accounts, by observing the provisions of applicable laws (including retention provisions required by applicable laws). Users hereby declare that they understand the consequences of withdrawing their Consent, including but not limited to no longer being able to enjoy the Services.
7.3. Users can submit a request for the deletion of Personal Data by observing the provisions of section 6.1.
