Terms and Conditions for CASHBACK:

Promo Period: August 19 - September 1, 2025 (23:59) (GMT+7).
Mandatory use of GOC Wallet as the payment method.
No minimum transaction required.
Each transaction for THE RAGNAROK will receive a 5% cashback in GOC Points. Only the amount paid using the GOC Wallet is eligible for cashback.
Example: In a transaction of $100, if $40 is paid using the GOC Wallet and $60 with GOC Points, only $40 will receive the 5% cashback. The 600 GOC Points used will not be eligible for cashback.
GOC Points can be a discount when topping up THE RAGNAROK or other games on www.goc-pay.com.
GOC Points can also be combined with the GOC Wallet to top up THE RAGNAROK game. Please ensure your GOC Wallet balance is sufficient to match the nominal transaction to be paid.
No daily quota or limit per account. Every top-up for THE RAGNAROK will receive a 5% cashback.
1 (one) GOC Point is equivalent to $1.
GOC Points expire 3 months from the date they are received.
Example: If you purchase on January 1, 2025, and receive 50 points, then make another purchase on January 15, 2025, and receive another 50 points, both points will expire if not used by April 30, 2025.
GOCpay and Gravity Game Tech reserve the right to terminate or cancel the event without prior notice if they detect any indications of fraud.

How to check the GOC Points:

Log into your GOCpay account. If you don’t have one, please register first.
Click on the "My Account" tab in the top right corner.
Your GOC Points will be displayed immediately.

Terms and conditions for ACCUMULATED REWARD:

Promo period: August 19 - September 1, 2025 (23:59) (GMT+7).
Every The Ragnarok account that tops up via PC Client or webshop using GOC Wallet and has reached the total top-up accumulation required (according to the table above) will receive an exclusive item 1 (one) time during the event period.
The exclusive item will be sent as a redeem code to the email registered with your GOCpay account. The item will appear in the "mailbox" after the code is successfully redeemed.
You cannot redeem multiple item codes of the same tier. However, you can still redeem codes from different tiers as long as they have not been claimed.
Example: If you have already redeemed an item code for “Pet Summon Ticket Box,” you will not be able to redeem another code of the same tier or level as the “Pet Summon Ticket Box.”
GOCpay and Gravity Game Tech reserve the right to suspend, cancel the event, and revoke distributed items without prior notice if any fraudulent activity is detected.
